| | Pacific Northwest BiblicalCounseling Conference | MAY 3-4, 2024— | Happening NEXT WEEKEND! We’re looking forward to having Dr. Ben Marshall and Dr. Mark Shaw as our keynote speakers for this year’s PNW Biblical Counseling Conference, sharing about how—through the help and hope of Christ—life-dominating sin can be conquered.
Few of us can go through life without facing the impact, either personally or relationally, of sin that encompasses every aspect of life. How do you come alongside someone enslaved to drugs, alcohol, pornography, gambling, technology, and more? How do you address the suffering of those impacted by their choices?
Whether you minister to others through one-on-one discipleship, Life Group leading, formally, or informally with those God places in your life, this conference is for you! Sign up to attend in person or online at the link below. We hope to see you there!

“‘I know your works, your toil and your patient endurance, and how you cannot bear with those who are evil, but have tested those who call themselves apostles and are not, and found them to be false. 3 I know you are enduring patiently and bearing up for my name’s sake, and you have not grown weary. 4 But I have this against you, that you have abandoned the love you had at first…

| | WEEKLY RESOURCE: | Why Should I Go to Church? | by Paul Levy— | The writer to the Hebrews places our going to church in the context of living out the Christian life—it is simply what Christians do. We go to church because it is for our own good and the good of others. Meeting together is how we keep pressing on as Christians in a world that can easily cause us to lose hope. The danger for the Hebrews and for us is that we neglect identifying with and participating in the body of Christ. It was unthinkable in the New Testament for a Christian not to go to church. | |
