HSM Summer Camp is packed with adventure, competition, and non-stop fun. But beyond the excitement, it’s a place to grow in faith, build meaningful community, and be encouraged to trust Jesus through worship, discussions, and Gospel teaching.
This summer, students are invited to step beyond pressure, doubt, and the search for more. We all wrestle with fears and insecurities, but meeting Jesus changes everything. Through His bold “I AM” statements, we’ll discover who He is and what it means to truly know Him. He isn’t just offering help—He’s offering Himself. Camp isn’t just an event; it’s a chance to experience the freedom, purpose, and hope found in Him. This summer, we’re going further—we’re living BEYOND.
Pastor Jeff is the lead pastor of Hope Community Church in Everett, a church planted by Canyon Hills in 2021. He and his wife, Ashley, have four kids and share a love for sports and sharing the Gospel.
High School Camp is hosted by Miracle Ranch, located in Port Orchard, WA. Teens will experience outdoor adventure and tranquil beauty in a faith-filled environment.
We know how expensive summer camp can be. We value every student having the chance to attend, so Canyon Hills subsidizes a large portion of the cost to help make summer camp as affordable as possible so no one is unable to attend.
If a student is attending a High Summer Camps for the very first time, we’d love to provide you with a $50 special discount. There will be a checkbox in registration where you can indicate if this is your student’s first ever Canyon Hills Summer Camp (not including HSM Fall Retreat) and the discount will be applied.
We believe that no student should be prevented from attending Summer Camp due to financial hardship. If you need financial assistance, we are happy to partner with you. If you have need for a CAMPERSHIP (Scholarship) because of financial hardship, you can apply for that after the registration process. You will need to pay the non-refundable deposit during registration.
The $50 deposit is non-refundable. The remaining camp cost is refundable until June 22. After June 22, no refunds will be issued.

Each day at camp is filled with times of worship, biblical teaching, and practical steps to help students experience Jesus and apply His truth.
Cabin groups foster real relationships and biblical community, providing a space for reflection, faith application, and lasting connections guided by trained leaders.
At camp, activity time is anything but ordinary—it’s an intentional space for shared experiences that challenge students, build community, and create unforgettable fun.
Rec Competitions are a camp favorite, bringing students together in high-energy team competitions that build teamwork, strategy, perseverance and lasting relationships.
Boating, swimming, horseback riding, and iced coffee create relaxed moments at camp where students bond, reflect, and receive support from leaders.
Even after the sun sets, the fun continues with glow-in-the-dark games, campfires, and surprise activities full of laughter and lasting memories.
Camp starts before camp even begins at our Pre-Camp Party, where you’ll connect with your leaders, meet your cabinmates, and get a taste of the unforgettable week ahead. Parents are also invited to meet cabin leaders from 6:30-7pm.
Camp may end, but the community doesn’t! We refuse to let the last day of camp be just a “goodbye” moment—so instead, we’re throwing a Post-Camp Party the week after we get back! This is your chance to relive the best moments, reconnect with friends, and keep the excitement going all summer long.
We prioritize the health and safety of our campers and staff with a fully stocked Health Center and a skilled Medical Care Team, including nurses and medical personnel. While we do not have on-site doctors, we are equipped to handle illnesses and injuries with necessary supplies, AEDs, and emergency equipment. If further care is needed, we coordinate with parents and transport campers to a medical facility if required.
Many of our camp leaders are already involved in student or Kids Ministry. Each adult cabin leader has completed a theological questionnaire, passed a background check, and met with someone from our Student/Kids Ministry staff. Leaders coming to camp have demonstrated a clear love for students/kids and for the Lord.

No. Miracle Ranch and Canyon Hills Summer Camps operate as a closed campus for the best care and safety of all students and leaders. Once camp is underway, no outside visitors are allowed on campus. Any necessary visitors must receive direct approval from the Student Outreach Pastor prior to arriving on site.
This policy helps us maintain a secure environment where campers can focus on building community, having fun, and growing in their faith —without outside distractions or safety concerns as well as allow our adult teams to focus on their responsibilities for camper care. To provide the very best camp experience for every student, we do not allow campers to be dropped off late or picked up early. Every moment of camp is carefully planned with purpose—whether it’s a shared meal, a cabin discussion, worship, or a game—all of it is designed to help students encounter Jesus and build life-giving relationships. Late arrivals or early departures can disrupt not only your camper’s experience but also the flow of the group they’re part of.
We understand that life happens, and there may be rare situations that require an exception. If you have a unique circumstance that you believe warrants special consideration, please reach out directly to our camp staff. We are here to partner with you and your family and want every camper to experience all that God has for them at camp!

Your camp will also send out a specific packing list a few weeks prior to camp for any special event items students may choose to bring as well as provide any clarification on the packing list. All campers must fit all their items in one suitcase/bag.
What NOT to bring:
One of the things that makes Canyon Hills Camps special is the chance for students to unplug from distractions and fully engage. Because of that, all Canyon Hills Camps are completely electronic device-free — meaning if it connects to the internet, has a cellular connection, or can send and receive communication, it must stay home.

We place a high value on friendships and biblical community at camp. Campers are grouped by grade and gender, typically with about 12 students per group, led by trained, caring cabin leaders. If your child is already part of a Life Group, we’ll do our best to keep them with their leader and group during camp.
When registering, campers can request a friend to room with, and we’ll make every effort to honor those requests while keeping groups healthy and balanced. If a camper isn’t in a Life Group, we’ll make sure they’re placed with at least one of their requested friends to help them feel connected from the start.
We use a texting service to send regular updates and photos, so you can get a glimpse into your campers’ week at camp.
